TUI TUI Nederland N.V. and TUI Airlines Nederland B.V.Subject: Compensation Request Due to Flight Delay and InconvenienceDear Sir/Madam,I, Serdar Senpekmezci, am writing to formally lodge a complaint and request compensationfor the delay and inconveniences experienced during my flight on 15th July 2024 fromAmsterdam Airport to Antalya Airport with [Reservation Number: DSQB32]and Airline and Flight Number: QR3015]Outbound Flight Details:On 15th July 2024, I received an SMS in the morning informing me that my flight, which wasscheduled to depart from Amsterdam Airport at 13:45, had been rescheduled to 15:30. Despite boarding the plane at 15:30, the flight did not take off until around 16:55/17:00.We were supposed to arrive at Antalya Airport at 18:35, but we did not land until 20:05Turkish time. Consequently, we could only reach our hotel at 23:23. Due to this delay, we lost an entire day of our vacation. Our originally planned 8-night, 7-day vacation was reduced to 7 nights and 6 days.Return Flight Details:[Reservation Number: DSQB32][Airline and Flight Number: QR3016]Our return flight on 22nd July 2024 was scheduled to depart at 19:30 but was delayed until22:30. We had to wait a long time on the plane, and when we requested a blanket for myyoung child during the flight, we were informed that no blankets were available on the plane.The plane was supposed to land at Amsterdam Airport at 22:40 but instead landed at 01:27.Flight Itinerary: Outbound: Amsterdam Airport to Antalya Airport Return: Antalya Airport to Amsterdam AirportDue to the delays and service deficiencies mentioned above, I am requesting compensation in accordance with the European Union Compensation Rules (EC 261/2004) and the Turkish Civil Aviation Law (SHY). Such delays and service deficiencies have caused significant disruptions to our vacation plans and daily life, and I request that this situation be rectified by your company as soon as possible.I kindly request that the necessary actions be taken to compensate for the losses I havesuffered due to the delays and inconveniences, and that I be informed of the progress.All relevant flight information and details of the delays are attached.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.Sincerely,
