Horrible customer service from TUI, beware of their “free exchange period” guarantees. Through their own non availability of customer service for 5 days, we missed our chance to change our holidays due to a medical emergency with a family member. Had to cough up 2K cancellation charges, and TUI showed no signs of apologies or regrets for having their own customer service not available. Never again!!!
