I had booked a flight from Amsterdam to Bonaire, CN which I was not able to take. I informed TUI about it in advance and cancelled it. I also reassured that I would get the money back I had already paid for taxes and extra luggage and the woman onthe phone told me I would get it back no problem.I asked Tui 4 times for the money back I have paid on taxes and an additional luggage piece and never even received an answer. I had also booked a flight with Eurowings on the same day and I received the money back immediately.
