I was due to fly with TUI from Amsterdam next week and my flight departure has been moved to Eindhoven.As I cannot make the connection from Amsterdam to Eindhoven in time to catch the new flight, I've being trying for 1 week to claim a refund on their website (not allowed), and then on the phone with their call center. I've now spent over €30 on calls, they start to look for alternatives and then cut me off when I ask for a full refund (approx. €250).Website is useless, customers service has obviously been told not to offer refunds.I will never use or recommend TUI again, shockingly bad service.They dont even allow you to write to them...
