My first and last time travelling with TUI The worst flight I ever had.I traveled from Cancun Mexico to Amsterdam on 24 June at 18:50Starting by delay at the airport it toThen other delay the sitting in the plane and waiting was ferting 8n my nerves, together about 2 hrs delay. No idea what was happening....we were not informed.No space, the seats are so close to each other. I'm 1 m 60 and could hardly move for 10 hrs flight. I dont want to imagine a tall person sitting there. That's really packed!I was allocated a seat when I checked in online terrible enough I was in the middle row sitting with a passenger on each side. I couldn't change it as this application didn't work. Accept & get prepared or pay!At the check in desk they made such a fuss we had to put our purse, mobile, iPad and coat in the bag. I even had to wear 2 hats that I was carrying! Each gram counts....or pay!I had bought 2 bottles at Duty free and when I was going to board the staff told me to put these in my carry bag. As you are not allowed a duty free purchase too. It's an additional bag! Of course no one told about that before. When the passenger in front of me reclined his seat that got literally impossible to move at all.Service is chaotic, they even forgot to serve dinner to the passenger next to me. She waited shyly poor girl. then I told her to buzz them, they didn't even say sorry only laugh about their forgetfulness. Rude! The flightattendant brought her half vegetarian meal & half pasta chicken. Very strange. Normally it was either or.We had just started to eat that they started to serve coffee/tea. So you find yourself with cold as well as hot drink at the same time.2 choices for dinner, an overcooked pasta with 3 slices of chicken.so 👎 I had to take pics! Or vegetarian meal.Breakfast was a cheap hard cracker, an old little bread.Served in a rush as it was 20 min before landing. They missed their timingThe captain's announcement was quite hilarious he forgot some words got mixed up and repeated over again. That doesnt sound serious.I had leg pain for 2 days.No more, I rather pay a bit more than to be so miserable for more than 10 hrs. I didn't know thatTui was a low cost airline.Now I've learned from this
