Bad service!The only way to contact them if you are not in EU and cannot call was via Instagram. The cancelled my flight and gave me new flight date I couldn't go for. When asking for them to change it to an earlier one I needed to pay the full price for the change. For me it all seemed a bit unserious and couldn't help me. Won't book with TUI again.
