Tumblr support is by far the worst user support I have ever experienced. I'm pretty sure they don't even have actual people working there, just bots, but replies still take about a week. And they don't answer any questions you actually ask them, you just get copy paste replies that only vaguely pertain to your problem. Should be absolutely ashamed of calling this "service".
