I have already shared my experience with this company. I was misled, and now months later, there has been no response regarding the returned turbo. I had to drop my court case due to missing a deadline, but the financial and personal impact has been significant. My experience suggests many others may be facing similar issues, contrary to the positive reviews that seem to be a minority. I will continue my legal proceedings as I have a case number. If you are seeking a refund for faulty products, do not expect fair treatment. This has been the worst experience I've had with any company.
