I bought a gaming account (Level 20) and was able to start playing immediately. As a first-time buyer, I didn’t foresee any issues—yet less than a day later, the account was hacked. I contacted the support team, and they provided a discount code that didn’t work. Their only suggestion was to purchase another account. So, I did—spending another $38—and ended up with two accounts that I couldn’t access at all. I tried to stay in touch with support, but their replies were inconsistent. Sometimes I received responses within 2 minutes, other times it took 6 hours or more. After several days, my issue remains unresolved, and the whole situation feels very dubious. It’s now been 4 days, and I have no playable accounts despite spending nearly $40. I am extremely disappointed.
