My experience with this hospital was the worst decision I’ve ever made. After 6 months from my beard transplant, I can confidently say that the procedure was a complete failure. No results, no follow-up, and absolutely no credibility.I contacted them two months ago and sent clear photos of all the issues: large empty patches, hair growing in random directions, and zero uniformity. On top of that, the grafts were placed with no consistency at all, and there’s no natural upward growth like a real beard. The final look is unnatural and embarrassing.Before the procedure, they promised that the grafts would be placed in perfect alignment and that the hair would grow in a natural direction — but it was all lies. What they did was basically like planting a seed in soil: they just stick the grafts anywhere, and whatever grows… grows. No expertise, no precision, and no professionalism.And it gets worse: before you travel, one specific person calls you, talks confidently, and convinces you. But once you arrive at the hospital, you never see that person again. Every time someone different talks to you, and if you call or text, someone else replies. Whenever you remind them of something they promised, they act like they know nothing. Completely unorganized, with no responsible person in charge.Instead of taking responsibility for the terrible results, they tried to blame me just because I trimmed my beard after 3 months — even though it was with a number-2 electric trimmer, not a razor. That is completely normal and does NOT explain this failure at all.The “no-shaving” look they asked me to keep was impossible to walk outside with: empty gaps, messy growth, and random directions. The appearance was unacceptable.What’s even worse is that the team who performed the procedure are NOT doctors like they claim. The people working on me were young girls with very little experience, and there was no real doctor supervising the operation. Their advertisements are nothing but false promises.And the “guarantee” they give you is just a worthless piece of paper — they don’t offer any solution and take zero responsibility no matter how bad the result is.My advice to anyone considering them: stay far away. Pay more and go to a professional, reputable clinic. I tried to save money, and unfortunately I ended up deeply regretting it.
