My experience at this facility was a huge mistake. After six months following my beard transplant, I can firmly state that the procedure was a total failure. There were no results, no follow-up, and absolutely no credibility. I reached out two months ago, providing clear photos of all the issues: large empty patches, hair growing in random directions, and a lack of uniformity. Additionally, the grafts were placed inconsistently, and there’s no natural upward growth like a real beard. The final appearance is unnatural and embarrassing. Before the procedure, they assured me that the grafts would be perfectly aligned and that the hair would grow naturally — but those were just empty promises. What they did was akin to planting seeds haphazardly: they merely placed the grafts anywhere, and whatever grew… grew. There was no expertise, precision, or professionalism. To make matters worse, prior to my visit, one specific representative contacted me, spoke confidently, and convinced me to proceed. However, once I arrived at the facility, I never saw that person again. Every interaction afterward was with different individuals, and if I called or texted, I received responses from others. Whenever I reminded them of something they had promised, they acted as if they had no recollection. It was completely disorganized, with no one taking responsibility. Instead of acknowledging the poor results, they attempted to blame me simply because I trimmed my beard after three months — even though it was just with a number-2 electric trimmer, not a razor. That is completely normal and does NOT justify this failure. The “no-shaving” look they insisted I maintain was impossible to manage: empty gaps, messy growth, and erratic directions. The overall appearance was unacceptable. What’s even more troubling is that the team who conducted the procedure are NOT doctors as they claim. The individuals who worked on me were inexperienced young assistants, and there was no qualified doctor supervising the operation. Their advertising is filled with false promises. And the “guarantee” they provide is merely a worthless piece of paper — they offer no solutions and take no responsibility for the poor outcomes. My advice to anyone considering this facility: steer clear. Spend a bit more and go to a professional, reputable clinic. I tried to save money, and unfortunately, I ended up deeply regretting that choice.
