Fake!Never received my order (ORDER 41501)I placed the order early enough as a Mother’s Day gift for my wife (May 11). It was supposed to arrive three days before, according to tracking – but due to incorrect customs information, the shipment got stuck.The original invoice clearly showed a much lower value, but TurkishSouq submitted almost double the amount to FedEx. I contacted FedEx multiple times – they said they would handle it, but nothing ever happened.I reached out to TurkishSouq again, and they claimed FedEx didn’t have the correct address and that I would get a refund (email dated June 14) – but until today, no refund has been issued.Be warned – this is a scam website!Other reviews also mention that the products are likely fake!Stay away – do NOT order from them. Your money is gone!
