I have been wating for weeks to get my order, which has been stuck in Istanbul Turkey for weeks. Everytime I email the Turkish company asking when I should expect to receive my order and telling them that my order is has not been shipped they refer me back to the tracking site which shows that it hasn't been shipped. I have asked for a refund but they will not give one because "it has been shipped".
