If i could give 0 i would give 0 stars. Avoid them they are scammers, i bought a perfume delivery date passed,so clicked on track my order my package was in fedex istanbul contacted them through the link, they say things they gonna follow up with fedex and let me know days past no news i asked again different person different excuse but no real info days past no news nothing then suddenly i have a notice from shop app your order has a new delivery date started to think it is gonna arrive soon, another delivery date passed but no package,delayed delivery date from shop app, and suddenly after 26 days received another notice from shop app it says your order is cancelled and money is refunded which was not in my bank account. Then i had to write an email asking where my money my refund was again no official email answer but money is in my account as of today. So i wish i checked the reviews before placing the order i hope some people read this and not order because it's a terrible company everthing seems fine until you place the order but after that is a shady story.
