Update on my previous case: after I posted my bad review on the Turkishsouq they immediately replied to my complaint which was pending for 20 days with no action. They have me a refund of one third of the amount I paid for the order. At that stage I thought they realized the mistake and will not happen again. Therefore, I placed and order from them with double the amount of the last order and they made me pay expensive shipping fee with Fedix only to receive broken items AGAIN! I’m putting this review to show you that they truly don’t care. I emailed them immediately and waiting for the response
