I ordered Chanel Blue for myself at half the price of what it’s being sold for at Macy's. The package arrived on time, but when I opened the box and tried to smell the perfume, it was clearly not authentic. Instead, it was some sort of counterfeit liquid in a Chanel Blue bottle. This is completely deceptive and dishonest.When I asked for a return, I was told my case would be forwarded to a customer service manager, and I would receive an answer within 3-5 business days. However, after two months and repeated requests for an update, I received no response. I then contacted my bank, US Bank, and requested a refund. They initially disputed the claim, but after a lengthy battle, I finally got my money back.This is a fraudulent company, and I strongly advise against purchasing perfume from them.
