I loved, respected, and admired Charlie Kirk; however, I’m appalled by my recent experience with TPUSA. I placed an order of over $100 expecting quality merchandise, but the t-shirts I received were very thin and cheaply made. I immediately requested a refund, yet it took several weeks just to hear back.I was told a return label would be sent shortly after I received the refund approval email, but I still haven’t received one days later. When I followed up, I was informed that my issue was only now being transferred to a human agent, and I quote, "Since you haven't received the label, this issue will be transferred to a human agent..." This should have been handled days ago, and I’m shocked to learn I wasn’t even communicating with a real person until now.This is unacceptable. I responded, letting them know that I will have no choice but to file a fraud report with the FTC and initiate a dispute with my bank.I trusted TPUSA and expected better service and accountability.
