Absolutely disgusted with treatment in this Turtle Bay. My husband booked a table for 6pm as our anniversary treat, arrived ordered drinks and food, starters arrived and they were lovely! I went out to vape, out of respect for other diner's I went outside the normal smoking area/front of the restaurant. When entering turtle bay again, I had to walk around some large barrels and other patrons. As i got to our table, our second round of drinks had just arrived, I was approached by a member of security who informed us that we had to leave. After asking why, he informed us that I had 'stumbled' when coming in and he thought I had had 'enough to drink' and we had to leave. all this whilst we were waiting for our our mains to arrive. I have never been so embarrassed!! my husband payed our outstanding bill for what we had had (drinks and starters) and left. I did not stumble, nor had had had 'too much to drink', and after went onto another establishment to continue our anniversary celebrations! has absolutely put me off returning, which is a shame as Turtle Bay is one of my favourite spots to dine. In future maybe reconsider advertising 2'4'1 cocktails and bottomless brunches if you expect patrons to be stone cold sober! Will definatly not be returning in future
