Pre - booked a group table for drinks only for a birthday celebration,turned up on time, ordered drinks only to be told no cash accepted 😭. We had not been informed of this prior to arriving,despite booking the table weeks in advance, and all of us barring one had brought cash, also no signs informing patrons of this new policy.Spoke to the manager who was very obliging and respectful,and stated it was a brand new policy and had been introduced in the last few days. So decided to take it up wih head office, and received possibly the worse response to a complaint I have encountered. No addressing the issues raised just, a thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.!! They need to do better!
