Have contacted turtle Mat after purchasing in December due to excess shedding of my two mats and the fact that they are not laying flat after months of use. I am getting a full hoover container full every two days from these mats and after previously having turtle mats know this is not the usual standard. Disapppointed with your customer service department who can only advise me to wash the mats... These are brand new why would I wash them!also this is not stated on the website as a before use recommendation or I would not have purchases.
Would never recommend this brand again to anyone, the quality is not like it used to be.
