Reson for writing this review:-
" Horrible customer care service"
* They have a dedicated ph number but no one picks on it during their working hrs, response to chats on whatsapp is through AI.
* Finally a lady calls through some software, the call gets disconnected twice , after some time u can't hear the call volume on other side as to what the person is speaking.
* When u tell this to the lady and use the sentence " software call quality is disappointing" , u get a flag message on whatsapp saying user has used abusive communication.
* Additionally I wanted to ask her if the adv excel course which I just purchased, do I need to complete it then buy powerBI course or buy it parallely now ( as I was getting pop up communication giving offer discount to buy additional course side by side.
* This rude lady doesn't understand the question , instead replies " go to website, touch this tab then u get lost of all available courses, choose anyone n pay for it too"
