I paid almost a thousand pounds for a NVQ3 course. I haven't been able to do my observation due not getting an organization that allows this neither has the institution offered any support to get this done. Yet I have paid in full and no follow up to check what is going on. My assigned instructor named Megan did not even follow up support or reach out to find out how I am progressing. Zero support but can take my money. I will never ever recommend and will continue to give negative review at any given opportunity
