This is about my entire experience with Tutorhero. (Spoiler - the most recent tutor gets 10 stars on her own!!!) The enrollment process went well and we were asked a lot of questions that would help a tutor. Or initial pairing was absolutely NOT the right fit and if that was all we had to work with I was going to request a refund. But, our second tutor pairing was PERFECT!!! She is so knowledgeable about the subject and is quick to respond and took the time before the scheduled session to understand exactly what my child needed help with. The only challenge - she was virtual and my child really wanted in-person tutoring (which is why we were paired with the first tutor). Lesson learned. I appreciate Janelle and her knowledge and professionalism and understanding - 10/10!!!
