I can't say how good the product is because I have not recieved it after 4 days of waiting for it from their carrier. 5 delay tickets from their carrier & at least 5 email notifications to contact a carrier which they hired. Their chat agent advised me to contact just answer which would cost me more than their shipping fees of $9. I did not contact Just Answer re: this issue. Tvidler has been provided requested information several times re: this order, i.e. WEL-20251022-484 as well as carrier tracking#UUS5AQ1777131447658 whom they hired.
