Made My Hair Worse and Customer Service Ghosted Me I’ve been struggling with thinning hair for years, so when I saw TwentyOneAgain’s hair loss serum advertised as clinically proven and better than minoxidil I was hopeful. At £85 for a small bottle, it’s pricey, but I figured it might be worth it if it actually worked. The first red flag was the packaging—the bottle arrived leaking, and about a quarter of the product had spilled out. I contacted support, and they apologized and sent a replacement (which also leaked, but less badly) I applied it as directed for two months, and not only did I not see any regrowth, but my hair actually started falling out more. I panicked and stopped using it, but the excessive shedding continued for weeks. I sent photos and a detailed email to their support team, and after one vague reply hair shedding can be part of the process they completely ghosted me. No follow-up, no refund, nothing. I’ve since switched to a cheaper, pharmacy-brand minoxidil, and my hair is finally stabilizing. This product is a complete rip-off, and their customer service is a joke.
