One entertainer had visible health concerns, which raised serious alarm. Several guests felt unwell afterward. I reported this to the company, who admitted to the last-minute change and offered a small discount on a future order. The event cost me significantly, even after explaining I was traveling from abroad. I gave them multiple chances to address this privately, but they chose not to respond. I advise avoiding this company as they clearly do not vet their performers adequately and take no responsibility for issues that arise.
