I gave the service a fair chance with their promotional deal, but it was a letdown from the beginning to the end. Most of the fragrances came off as flat, synthetic, and cheap—more like generic drugstore imitations than genuine dupes. One particular scent was so harsh that even my homemade blends felt more balanced and refined. What frustrated me the most was their return policy. They refused to accept a return because my order was part of a promotion, even though I was willing to send everything back and pay restocking fees. Their reasoning that I was 'benefiting from the promotion' made no sense, considering they would receive everything back. With the poor fragrance quality and the unhelpful policies, I cannot recommend this service. There are much better options out there that offer real craftsmanship and actually support their products. I won't be returning.
