I purchased my first bottle online a year ago and loved it, so I decided to buy directly from the company this time to support a small business. That turned out to be a mistake. I encountered an issue with my order and needed to return it. The online return form was accepted, but I didn't receive a return label for over a week, despite emailing multiple times and commenting on social media. I understand they might be busy, but a response would have been appreciated! After reaching out to my bank for their contact number, they finally sent me the return label. I quickly sent it back, and the tracking shows it was delivered 8 days ago. Yet, I still haven't received a refund or confirmation of my return. I get it if they are experiencing difficulties, but any communication would have been nice. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service.
