A good company that seems to have nosedived

My first experience earlier this year was great. I made a good guess based on my "aldehydes on top, musk on the bottom" mantra. The only problem was the sample they sent {this is a great idea, just not implemented well} smelled like cat urine on me. When I talked to CS, they just said ask for a specific sample next time {honestly, I think they should have replaced the sample. Let me mention I notice the 2 good reviews here are from earlier in the year, around the time I first ordered from them.Fast forward to 8/25 and I'm having the exact same problems listed in the bad review from May. They offer an online chat, which used to be great but now I think may be run by a poorly programmed AI. When I finally got a response this week, I got "HI, this is Justin, and we're so excited about our new perfumes..." And that was the last response I could get. I had had questions waiting in the queue for over a week and have tried to email CS with no response several times this week. My problems were that their clones of Creed Silver Mountain Water and Bureydo's Bal d'Afrique were so week I felt I was using lightly scented water. Drydown left some scent, but you had to get very close to my skin to smell it. Also, as suggested with the cat urine, I asked specifically for their dupe of Chanel no 5. What I got was 2 vials of Coffeeholic, which you can't actually buy yet, as well as the little card that describes the sample but it was for Chanel Bleu. About 10 days ago, I did reach someone at CS via the chat and they agreed that yes, I had requested Chanel no 5. To me, the obvious thing for a repeat customer would have been to just send out a sample vial of the scent I had requested. They did not offer, said they would research it some more and get back to me early the following week. That was 10 days ago. They also have a policy that you can only return one item per order even if there's a problem with the product and that you can only exchange rather than get refunded if you've used the perfume bottle. When I finally found the link to start a return request, the only option they gave me was a refund. Fine. But, unlike Amazon, you have to wait for them to send you the return label, which I'm now waiting for. I don't know if the company suffered some catastrophic loss of personnel {like if they were raided by ICE} or what, but the company's CS seems to have plummeted in the space of a few weeks. Be told! Buying from them is overall riskier than it was even a few weeks ago. It's disappointing, although validating, that there's another reviewer who had the exact same problem recently.
