I tried the service's “Buy 2, Get 2” promotion, but it turned out to be a letdown from beginning to end. Most of the fragrances had a flat, synthetic, and low-quality scent, resembling cheap drugstore imitations rather than genuine dupes. One particular scent was so harsh and unbalanced that my own homemade blends felt more refined and sophisticated. What really frustrated me was their return policy. The service refused to process my return because my order was part of a promotion, despite my willingness to return all the bottles and cover restocking fees. They claimed I was “benefiting from the promotion,” which seems illogical since they would receive everything back regardless. With the subpar fragrance quality and unreasonable, customer-unfriendly policies, I cannot recommend this service. There are much better options available that offer true depth and craftsmanship, and who genuinely support their products. I won’t be making any future purchases from them.
