I had a very disappointing experience with the solicitors involved. They consistently altered their requirements, creating unnecessary hurdles. Initially, they indicated that a letter from my Chartered Accountant would suffice. Later, they insisted it wasn't a Statement of Truth and demanded rental contracts instead. I shared photos of the contracts, but then claimed the address couldn't be verified and that those were just front pages, despite not previously mentioning the need for complete scans. Consequently, I had to scan every single page of each contract and resend them. They requested 10 years of records, which even authorities do not require, but fortunately, I had those records. This constant change in demands was unreasonable and unprofessional, leading to unnecessary stress, confusion, and delays. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.
