I had a very disappointing experience with the solicitors at this firm. They consistently altered their requirements, creating unnecessary hurdles. Initially, they indicated that a letter from my Chartered Accountant would suffice. Later, they claimed it wasn't a Statement of Truth and insisted on rental contracts instead. I submitted photos of the contracts, but they then argued that the address couldn't be verified and that I had only provided front pages — despite not having previously mentioned the need for full scans. Consequently, I had to scan every single page of each contract and resend them. They requested 10 years of records when even authorities do not require such extensive documentation, but fortunately, I had the records available. This continual shifting of expectations was unreasonable, excessive, and unprofessional. It caused unnecessary stress, confusion, and significant delays. Given my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.
