The jacket I received was of decent quality, but it fit a bit snugly and the sleeves lacked insulation. While these issues aren't entirely the seller's fault, my main concern is that I returned the item and will receive a refund for it, but not for the shipping costs. This leaves me out £9.00 with nothing in return. A lesson learned, I suppose. The shipping policy needs improvement.
