What you see on their site is not what you’ll receive. Ordered a pair of amethyst plugs because the colors on their site make them appear to be bright, vibrant etc….they’re not, even in the sunlight what I received appear almost black. You’d have to hold a bright flashlight behind them to be able to see their actual amethyst. Their sizing is incorrect, they don’t know what “wearable area” actually is. Bought two sets of plugs, asking specifically how large the wearable area was before I made my purchase. Was told wearable was 7mm, it was actually 10-11mm (even sent a photo to clarify wearable area, still wrong) and their customer support seems pretty bad, sent an email early December, received a “we are closed for thanksgiving” response.
