I had my furniture in storage with these guys.I arranged date and time for my items to be brought to my new place. They were so late and never delivered all my furniture. One of the men claimed to be tired so sat in the van. Then they had the cheek to say there time would soon expire and I would be charged more money. My family started unloading, only because there was only one guy working. The had broken my desk in pieces totally ruining it, there was also water damage on the desk splitting the edge. Then when they said that’s all I noticed stuff missing. They promised to deliver on the Monday, it never came. Turned up Tuesday only to find my lamp broken.Wednesday to apologise they sent to guys to put my bed together that didn’t turn up on time for my family to do it and a pot of glue to so called fix my desk- this the workmen said they would rather not touch it and I agreed. But I don’t call it compensation for stress of all the delays, mixups etcThey claim the mix up was because my items didn’t all fit into 2 storage units and they put some stuff in a 3rd unit but never told me about this so I only paid for the 2 units each week. They claim this is my compensation along with making the bed up. That’s despite my floor lamp being broken and my new desk. They claim they owe me nothing. I asked for my lamp back and it’s not even been returned.I have not been treated fairly at all. They made my move so stressful instead of it being an enjoyable experience.
