We were charged an extra $165 so that their removalists could take a coffee break. $817 to move 3 items!! +$100 for insuranceWe waited 1 hr for them at the destination as Alessandro didn't say they felt like taking a break. This was the first job of the day with only 3 items - a TV, cabinet, and 3 seater couch. They then said they'd deduct 25 mins, deducted only 15 mins, and left us to pay 45 mins for no service. As a 'valued customer', you just have to cop it...For a company billed as a PREMIUM service with hourly rates $40-50 above most other options, this is extremely poor form. Lei at aftercare was of course no help, referring to their 'GPS' as proof. What about our timestamped photos of the truck leaving and arriving, do you feel like accepting those as proof? They apparently took the most direct route via motorway...in no world do the numbers stack up for them to take an extra 1 hour to crawl along the motorway going AGAINST peak hour traffic.
