BUYER BEWARE -I would leave a zero if I could & still get to type of review. I agree with the reviews that say this is a total scam. I did get 2 bags & a "free" air pump. The bags are sturdy but they are basically over priced packing cubes. The small pump comes with many tops to attach, but none of them work well. They will very SLOWING remove air from the bag, but then there is no seal. So the bag refills with air. I am so disappointed!! I wanted to use these to save space & there reduce the number of luggage baggage I was taking on an international trip. Overall, they ended up taking up more space.Customer service is practically non-existent. If you do happen to find a link or phone that actually works, do not expect them to honor the warranty.The site is VERY misleading.I am reviewing from Missouri. I believe we their post reviews are posted by their own employees or families.ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
