Misleadingly and false ad to begin with was meant to get 2, 2packbags and a free pump, and I ordered extra pump. So instead of getting the total 4 bags I got 1 . Complained and was told no that’s not the ad, when it was. Sent photo of what I got and they agreed to send me another bag. Never received it, chased them again, again they said they would send it. Then unilaterally made decision not to and that the case was resolved and closed. Jason repeatedly lied to me me on the emails. Terrible complaint do not buy from. False and misleading adinformation, Breached Consumer Rights act and trading standards.
