First, they say that the item will be shipped from the USA. That is a lie I ordered on the 17th. It is now the 30th and I still have not received my package as it just passed clearance because it was sent internationally. Had I known that I would have never ordered the bag. Because now, it's probably not gonna be here before my trip. Also, it's said that shipping was gonna be 5 to 10 days in the US and that it takes about 3 days for the item to be shipped. The item didnt shipped until about 10 days later and when you try to reach somebody that customer service, they say the same message. Not even responding to what you wrote.
