I've been buying from two wombats for ages. The service is excellent, products and prices are spot on. I've referred many friends who use them too.However, my reason for leaving this review is not for the above. It's only when things go wrong that we really find out what a company is worth.My last order was slightly wrong so I made contact. Within the hour of raising my complaint/issue, I was in conversation with a human agent. These days that's a rare thing in itself. After a brief chat, the issue was resolved, then correct item was on its way and I'm well chuffed. I'd have given them 6 stars if I could.
