i bought my scooter at march 30 2025 thats my first time with this company and never ever use again. first of all i choose color white or blue but they called me and let me know they have just black and grey and i said thats ok make it black.in the options i choose battery charger which is 24$ and i send them email for the essential kit and they said 69$ but when i come home i recieve a battery charger from amazon and i checked price its 9$ that makes me upset because i tought it will be a quality charger and i email them to return this charger. if you want to return charger here is the processthey send you a qr code and you need to go to KOHL which is 1 hour away from me and they charge %20 retock feethan they said this is a business they need to make money and i told them this is not a business its dropship and why didnt put any specification like charger name that way i will know what i pay thats why im upset i wont use this charger on my bikethan customer service calling me and same thing explain me they need to make money this is a business and i dont like it and i already ask them question its a question "if i cancel scooter do i need to pay any restock or other fee??" guy start yelling me and be upset and he said that im calculating his 10$ and hang up the phone on my face. i dont care how much he makes not my business but its not fair when u buy something from amazon 9$ and sell me 24$ and when i want to return send me 1 hour away and %20 restock fee.than he said he dont want to make business with me no selling but he will cancel with their terms and conditons that mean they will charge me and i dont accept it.today i recieve 2 email from them again "you order will be canceled we can not ship this bike you are causing a lot of problems for us""I MAKE NO PROBLEM TO YOU JUST I ASKED TO REFUND FOR THE BATTERY CHARGER WHICH IS 24$ NOT THE MOTORCYLE IF YOU CANCEL YOU CANCEL BY YOUR OPINION AND I DONT ACCEPT TO PAY EXTRA"so i have all emails and documents with me and he said my scooter ready for shipping and send me the picture and its really ready for ship but now he dont want to ship and i didnt recieve a full refund. whats the damage i buy some parts for scooter cost me 70$i have a stupid charger 24$ still dont know he will ship or not but i already told on email i am not cancelingmy order number 47907 if need more detail pls reply me i will add all picture what we talk and tx power sport free to add picture what we talk too.24$ battery charger name is orion motor tech battery charger just check on amazon its 9$ or sometimes they makes 7$ if seller ok for the picture pls reply and say yes i will share all and again seller free to share the picture what we talked and i did all this talks when im busy and working hard.
