While looking at ATVs with my son on my phone he placed the order without my permission. I have contacted this company multiple times including via chat, email, & phone and requested to cancel the order.After not getting any reply or email confirmation-- I told them I would just keep the order.Then I get a text message a week later saying they didn't have the color of ATV ordered and it would be an additional 3 days to ship out. Once again I have requested for them to cancel the order...then I get a rude message back in email saying "Not sure how your son can place an order..."I have purchased from these guys before but after this experience I will NEVER buy from them again. They definitely do not care about their customers! Even those that have bought from them multiple times!
