Finally catching up to all the negative ratings about this company. They shipped a scooter that just needed the handlebars and front tire attached. That is fine, but when looking through it, no one connected the back shock, so it has to be completely taken apart to do this. It also does not start, after checking all fuel lines and spark plug. After asking to either replace or have compensation to take care of this with a mechanic, seller became rude and told me tough luck. When I asked to cover this, the response was, "Threaten us all you want...that shows your character." Just trying to get what I had ordered.They are registered with the BuySafe program, so will see if that helps with anything, but will not use this place again. No issues with my first scooter from them, even had a lot of great compliments on it, and sent a couple people to their site. Definitely won't do that again.
