I recently used Txwai’s services and my overall experience was average. The platform is easy to navigate and the basic features work fine. Some tools are quite helpful and the setup process was simple.
However, there is still room for improvement. At times, the system felt a bit slow and customer support response could be faster. I believe with a few updates and better communication, the experience can become much better.
