This has been the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

I ordered an item online and received the wrong product. Instead of correcting their mistake promptly, the company refused to process a return unless I first purchased another item. They required me to buy the replacement upfront, then ship back the incorrect item before they would issue a refund.

Since they failed to send the correct item the first time, I had no reason to trust that they would handle the replacement properly. As a result, I was left stuck with a product I did not order and do not need.

I contacted customer service multiple times by phone and email. After several back-and-forth conversations, they eventually offered to cover shipping, but still required me to go through their unreasonable process. I refused to pay for shipping on an error that was entirely their responsibility.

Ultimately, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

The product quality was also disappointing and did not meet expectations.

I do not recommend this company. Extremely unprofessional experience.
