I returned an item for store credit. In order to use my store credit towards a new purchase one must contact customer service to have the credit applied. I have tried many times to reach customer service. I have left voice mails, sent EM's and left an online chat requesting that someone contact me to finalize the use of my store credit. All to no avail. No one from customer service has gotten back to me. I guess I will lose my store credit ~ $122 from August 2024. Rest assured I will never purchase from tyhbotique again. This company does not deserve even a one star rating.
