They offer free returns so I sent back an item that didn't fit. TYH received the item on January 7, 2025 (have copy of signed receipt) . Despite three emails and assurances the return would be processed by the end of this week (yesterday) I have yet to see a refund. Phone calls go unanswered. Interestingly, I returned an item to another store in Montreal (where TYH is located) and they posted the refund the day it was received.
