Firstly, the board (Tynee Mini SL) has been perfect. Ive put 300 miles on it and it performs like new, no issues. Ive been able to go above the advertised MPH as well. Secondly, the customer service is top notch. They respond to emails and provide advice or service tips. They respond to messages on Instagram and repost my photos. They are even active on Reddit.I can’t recommend them enough, I’ll be buying a second board here shortly.
