What an amazing company. From ordering to shipping everything went really well and quickly. I placed the order for my Tynee mini max and put the country name in English instead of Portuguese which came back as address not found. Was contacted by customer support to rectify my mistake. They say the shipping will take between 2 to 6 days. Mine took 3 days. Super fast. The unboxing experience is super nice and the board well what can I say, it is amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. Really good quality, well built and the gear drive is a work of art. In the box comes a complete maintenance kit for the gear drive with spare parts. It came with a UK plug and Portuguese plug. A really nice letter from Aiden with some stickers. The price is really good for what you get and with 5 star customer service you cannot go wrong. I highly recommend Tynee boards.
