I bought the program and was excited to begin, but soon could not log in. I submitted a support ticket, but they claimed there was a payment issue, despite my transaction being successful. This has been frustrating, and I expected better customer support for a program designed to help people. I hope these issues get resolved soon, as I can't recommend the program confidently right now.
